💼 About This Role

You'll support store leadership at BoxLunch by providing excellent customer service and using your pop culture knowledge to drive sales. You'll train team members and assist in daily operations and meeting sales targets. Your fandom expertise and leadership skills will be key to success.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Provide an amazing shopping experience to encourage return customers.
• Open and close the store, providing leadership support when needed.
• Process sales transactions and drive add-on sales using fandom knowledge.
• Assist with planogram changes and maintain store organization.

📋 Requirements

• At least 1 year of retail store experience.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and navigate the store.
