Requirements

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree and active Tennessee State Bar membership
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in personal injury litigation or probate
• Proven ability to handle depositions, hearings, and mediations
• Strong client-facing communication and organizational skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; PACER and Excel experience helpful

Responsibilities

• Represent clients throughout all phases of litigation from intake to resolution
• Draft and review pleadings, complaints, motions, and discovery responses
• Review, analyze, and summarize medical records and case-related documentation
• Communicate with clients regularly to provide updates and resolve issues
• Participate in depositions, mediations, and hearings
