You'll join the Global Talent Acquisition team at SumUp, owning end-to-end recruitment for Sales roles across Europe. You'll partner with Sales leaders to design data-driven hiring processes that support commercial expansion and enhance candidate experience. This fixed-term contract offers the chance to work on large-scale fintech products at a globally recognized company.

  • Own end-to-end recruitment for Sales roles across Europe.
  • Partner with Sales leaders to define scorecards and interview loops.
  • Build persona-based sourcing plans with Employer Branding.
  • Analyze funnel performance and drive improvements.

๐Ÿ“‹ Requirements

  • High-volume Sales recruitment experience across multiple European markets.
  • Proven track record in structured hiring with scorecards and data-driven decisions.
  • Strong stakeholder management and hiring manager influence.
  • Fluency in French and English plus an additional European language.

โœจ Nice to Have

  • Experience with TA tools like Greenhouse, Looker, Brighthire.
  • Background in fintech or scale-up environments.
  • Knowledge of Italian, German, Portuguese, or Spanish.
