💼 About This Role

You'll own our supplier management framework and lead scenario testing to strengthen Griffin's operational resilience. You'll work across the whole bank, partnering with operations, technology, and senior leadership to directly shape how resilient we are.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Manage the supplier management framework and deepen supply chain mapping.
• Design and coordinate supplier failure scenario tests.
• Support development of the first-line controls assurance programme.
• Embed resilience culture across operations and technology teams.

📋 Requirements

• Experience in a regulated financial services environment.
• Familiarity with PRA/FCA regulations on operational resilience.
• Hands-on experience with supplier or third-party management.
• Comfort working alongside technology teams.

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience developing or exercising business continuity plans.
• Knowledge of EU DORA and its implications for financial services.
• Line 1.5 or first-line assurance experience.
