💼 About This Role

You'll lead the integrated planning function at Ursa Major, a company revolutionizing aerospace propulsion. Your core impact will be aligning sales forecasts with production capabilities and inventory strategies to ensure on-time delivery. You'll establish a robust SIOP process in a high-growth environment.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead end-to-end SIOP process including demand forecasting and supply planning
• Partner with Sales to develop accurate demand forecasts and scenario plans
• Eliminate manual workflows by implementing MRP-enabled planning in Odoo
• Align production, procurement, and inventory strategies with forecasted demand

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, Engineering, or related field
• 10+ years of experience in supply chain or operations in aerospace/defense/manufacturing
• Proven experience leading S&OP/IBP processes in a cross-functional organization
• Experience with ERP/MRP systems and planning tools

✨ Nice to Have

• Advanced degree (MBA or MS) in Supply Chain or Operations
• Experience in a high-growth or startup aerospace/defense company
• Familiarity with ITAR/EAR compliance
