Description

In this role, you'll lead asset protection functions for ALO's flagship and surrounding stores, using data and technology to reduce shrinkage, conduct investigations, and ensure safety. You'll partner with store teams, law enforcement, and management to implement customized loss prevention programs that support the brand's vision.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree preferred
• Proven experience in loss prevention, security, or investigations in retail
• Ability to travel within market and work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Proficiency in surveillance systems and investigative tools
• Proficient with MS Office, RFID, Shopify, and asset protection applications

Responsibilities

• Use data and strategy to achieve company shrinkage goals
• Conduct investigations into theft, fraud, and loss-related activities
• Utilize CCTV and surveillance tools to monitor store activities
• Analyze RFID data for item-level investigations on top loss items
• Educate staff on loss prevention practices and asset protection
