Description

You will own equipment reliability for Starlink's high-volume production lines, leading a team to design and operate a robust maintenance system maximizing machine availability and production uptime.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or STEM, or 5+ years of professional leadership in manufacturing
• 3+ years in aerospace or high-volume manufacturing
• 2+ years in a leadership position
• Ability to stand up to 6 hours and lift 25 pounds unassisted
• Must be a U.S. citizen, permanent resident, refugee, or asylee per ITAR

Responsibilities

• Lead team to achieve maximum machine availability, throughput, and OEE
• Design systems to track and execute maintenance tasks with minimal line impact
• Drive root cause determination and corrective action for incidents
• Manage spare parts inventory and justify capex for upgrades and new installs
• Mentor team on downtime prevention, troubleshooting, and disciplined operations
