💼 About This Role

You'll lead the evolution of how people discover each other across Bumble's ecosystem, driving a unified vision for Matching spanning platform, models, and user experiences. Your work will directly elevate match quality and trust for millions of people. This role sits at the intersection of product, machine learning, and platform strategy, operating with high ownership and cross-functional partnership.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Define and drive the long-term product vision and strategy for Matching & Recommendations.
• Lead development of scalable recommendation systems including ranking algorithms and personalisation models.
• Own experimentation strategy end-to-end, from hypothesis development to A/B testing and insights.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Trust & Safety to ensure recommendations are safe and inclusive.

📋 Requirements

• Deep experience in product management within consumer technology, ideally on personalisation or recommendation systems.
• Strong understanding of machine learning concepts and their application in product development.
• Proven track record of leading complex, high-impact product areas with significant autonomy.
• Typically requires 12–15 years of experience.
