💼 About This Role

You'll join Jump AI to optimize revenue operations through data, systems, and processes. You'll own the analytics and CRM stack that powers Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success. This role is highly cross-functional, directly impacting pipeline generation and retention.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Build and maintain dashboards across the revenue funnel.
• Analyze pipeline health, conversion rates, and sales velocity.
• Own and optimize CRM (Salesforce/HubSpot) and integrations.
• Design and improve GTM processes and operational workflows.

📋 Requirements

• 2–5 years in RevOps, Sales Ops, or Marketing Ops.
• Strong analytical skills (SQL preferred, Excel/Sheets required).
• Experience with CRM systems (Salesforce or HubSpot).
• Familiarity with SaaS metrics (ARR, MRR, CAC, LTV).

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with modern data stack (Snowflake, dbt, Segment).
• Experience with AI/automation tools.
• Dashboarding experience in Looker or Tableau.
