Description
In this role, you will develop and execute creative strategies for Liftoff's highest-value customers, working closely with Commercial, Ops, and Creative teams. You'll analyze performance data, pitch upsell opportunities, and manage high-touch projects to ensure creative strategy drives measurable commercial impact.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in creative strategy, digital marketing, or performance advertising.
- Experience managing high-value customer relationships and performance-driven creative planning.
- Well-developed project management and prioritization skills.
- Exemplary written and verbal communication, including presentation skills.
- Knowledge of digital performance metrics and campaign analysis, including familiarity with Looker, Tableau, and Excel/GSheets.
Responsibilities
- Develop effective creative strategies tailored to premium customer goals and Liftoff's commercial objectives.
- Deliver quarterly planning for creative campaigns, including milestone setting and creative goal alignment.
- Lead brainstorming sessions to generate high-impact creative concepts addressing customer needs.
- Analyze creative performance data to extract actionable insights and optimize strategy using Looker and other internal tools.
- Manage projects autonomously, ensuring timely delivery and quality across multiple campaigns.
