  • Deliver advanced deskside, telephone, and remote IT support as escalation point
  • Own and prioritize IT support queue to ensure SLA adherence
  • Optimize Joiner-Mover-Leaver processes for access governance
  • Administer Microsoft 365 services including Entra ID, Exchange, Intune
  • Manage hardware estate (Windows, macOS, mobile, AV) lifecycle

  • Extensive hands-on desktop support experience across on-site and remote
  • Proven expertise administering Microsoft 365 enterprise environments
  • Deep understanding of ITSM frameworks (e.g., ITIL)
  • Ability to mentor junior engineers and contribute to team growth
