You'll provide advanced end-to-end IT support as an escalation point for complex issues within a fast-growing fintech bank. Your core impact is ensuring reliable, secure, and efficient end-user services across hardware, collaboration platforms, and Microsoft 365. This role offers the chance to drive service improvements through automation and AI adoption.
๐ฏ What You'll Do
- Deliver advanced deskside, telephone, and remote IT support as escalation point
- Own and prioritize IT support queue to ensure SLA adherence
- Optimize Joiner-Mover-Leaver processes for access governance
- Administer Microsoft 365 services including Entra ID, Exchange, Intune
- Manage hardware estate (Windows, macOS, mobile, AV) lifecycle
๐ Requirements
- Extensive hands-on desktop support experience across on-site and remote
- Proven expertise administering Microsoft 365 enterprise environments
- Deep understanding of ITSM frameworks (e.g., ITIL)
- Ability to mentor junior engineers and contribute to team growth
