Description

You will influence the security of software across our product lines, designing and building security infrastructure for Starshield, developing security features for systems including routers, dishes, gateways, and satellites, and maintaining existing production systems while improving security posture.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in CS/STEM + 8+ years security software development, or 10+ years without degree
• Experience with Python, C++, or Golang
• Experience designing security solutions for operating systems, distributed systems, or large-scale infrastructure
• Ability to obtain and maintain Top Secret security clearance
• Willingness to work extended hours and weekends

Responsibilities

• Design and build security infrastructure for Starshield, including cryptographic services
• Develop security features for Starshield systems (router, dish, gateways, satellites)
• Design security into factory processes and provide network services
• Maintain existing production systems and improve security posture
• Build prototypes and help identify, design, and test security improvements
