🎯 What You'll Do

• Partner with hiring managers to define roles and align talent strategies.
• Source passive candidates using Boolean, LinkedIn Recruiter, and targeted campaigns.
• Manage full-cycle recruiting with high-volume pipelines and quality focus.
• Optimize hiring processes and track KPIs to improve funnel efficiency.

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years of in-house full-cycle recruiting, primarily for technical engineering roles.
• Expertise in advanced sourcing with Boolean search and LinkedIn Recruiter.
• Proven track record of high interview-to-offer conversion rates.
• Deep knowledge of ATS platforms like Greenhouse, Lever, or Workday.
