You'll own the full product lifecycle for Vonage's Cloud Runtime serverless platform, transitioning from Beta to GA. Your core impact will be driving the pricing model evolution and defining the roadmap for an AI-powered enablement layer. This role is central to Vonage's ability to deliver managed communication solutions at scale.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Own Cloud Runtime product strategy and roadmap aligned to 2026 OKRs
• Drive pricing model transition from fixed-tier to flexible serverless pricing
• Conduct market and competitive analysis for CPaaS and serverless platforms
• Engage with enterprise customers and partners to validate product direction

📋 Requirements

• Product Management experience with developer platforms or APIs
• Understanding of cloud, runtime, APIs, webhooks, and integrations
• Evidence of improving developer adoption or activation
• Ability to work deeply with engineering teams

• CPaaS or communications API experience
• Serverless product experience
• Experience with usage-based pricing
