💼 About This Role

You'll support 2nd-6th grade math differentiation and enrichment, collaborating with teachers to enhance instruction. You'll analyze student data and co-create curriculum to foster a love of learning. This role offers a chance to impact a student-centered program in a supportive school community.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Pull out students for enrichment or remediation in 2nd-6th math classes
• Meet with teachers to discuss support needs and suggest materials
• Observe teachers and provide coaching on math instruction
• Analyze CTP/Milestones data to improve student achievement

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Mathematics or Math Education
• 5+ years teaching at primary elementary level
• Strong academic background and experience in multicultural education
