You'll own and optimize the systems and data powering Nitra's go-to-market engine, supporting Sales, Customer Success, and Marketing at a high-growth fintech startup. Your work will directly improve data accuracy, optimize workflows, and drive revenue insights in a category-defining company backed by top VCs. This hybrid role combines RevOps, growth experimentation, and analytics, perfect for someone who loves being the connective tissue in a fast-growing GTM engine.

🎯 What You'll Do

  • Manage Salesforce administration, lead routing, workflows, and automations.
  • Own territory management, segmentation, and coverage optimization.
  • Process variable compensation, ensuring accurate payouts and quota attainment.
  • Build dashboards and analyze funnel performance, pipeline trends, and forecasts.

📋 Requirements

  • 4+ years in Revenue Operations
  • Salesforce Administrator Certification
  • Experience with variable compensation processing
  • Background in territory management and GTM segmentation

✨ Nice to Have

  • Experience in a high-growth startup
  • Hands-on experience with Rules of Engagement
  • Analytics and dashboard building skills
