💼 About This Role

You'll own product areas at the intersection of AI, legal workflows, and user experience for an AI-native law firm. You'll build tools that make immigration law faster and more transparent, directly shipping features that have no playbook yet. This role offers founder-level exposure in a venture-backed startup.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Own product areas end-to-end: discovery through iteration.
• Conduct user research with attorneys, HR teams, and foreign nationals.
• Write crisp PRDs that engineers and designers enjoy reading.
• Prototype with AI tools or directly in the codebase.
• Partner with engineering on scope and sequencing tradeoffs.

📋 Requirements

• 2-5 years in product management.
• Strong product sense and appreciation for elegant solutions.
• Daily usage of AI tools as part of workflow.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
