💼 About This Role

You'll direct and manage dispensing of cannabis products to medical patients as the onsite medical authority. You'll ensure correct dosage and provide education and counseling, driving patient retention. This role offers a unique opportunity to serve as a one-on-one educator in the alternative medicine space.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Be in-store during scheduled shift to dispense cannabis products.
• Assess patient certification and determine best treatment course.
• Drive retail sales and patient retention.
• Educate patients on cannabis properties and benefits.

📋 Requirements

• Registered and licensed Pharmacist in good standing with state of operations
• 2+ years of relevant pharmacy experience
• Ability to learn and understand cannabinoids and their interaction with the human body
• Previous experience utilizing Point of Sale technology systems

✨ Nice to Have

• Prior cannabis experience not required
• Strong understanding of Cannabis laws and regulations
• High level of critical thinking and professionalism
