💼 About This Role

You'll own and scale Deel's strategic partnership with Workday across North Asia, driving pipeline and revenue through joint GTM motions. You'll serve as the primary point of contact for Workday and activate ecosystem partners to build repeatable co-sell motions. This role offers a chance to impact the global work revolution at a fast-growing SaaS company.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Engage with Workday field teams to drive joint pipeline
• Recruit and activate Workday ecosystem partners
• Build and execute joint GTM plans for the Workday customer base
• Partner with Product and Tech on Workday integrations

📋 Requirements

• 7-10+ years in Workday partnerships or alliances
• Deep understanding of Workday ecosystem across ASEAN and GCR
• Proven track record of building GTM motions in North Asia markets
• Based in Singapore with North Asia coverage
