Description

You will work closely with customers to drive product adoption and value realization, manage technical onboarding and integrations, and serve as a trusted advisor. Collaborate cross-functionally to translate customer goals into technical solutions and advocate for customer needs internally.

Requirements

  • Must be fluent in Spanish
  • Technical acumen and experience influencing change at all levels
  • Experience with enterprise IAM solutions (Entra ID, Okta, Ping Identity)
  • Experience with enterprise SIEM solutions (Splunk, XSOAR, Sentinel)
  • Good knowledge of REST, APIs, web technologies, and databases; familiarity with Python

Responsibilities

  • Project manage enterprise onboarding and integrations
  • Monitor product adoption and proactively address technical challenges
  • Collaborate with Customer Success, Product Management, and Engineering to align customer goals with product usage
  • Contribute to best practices and documentation based on customer engagements
  • Act as a customer advocate and provide feedback to improve customer experience
