You'll be the primary point of contact for enterprise agency partners, driving adoption of Smartly's AI-powered advertising platform. You'll act as a trusted advisor on social and programmatic advertising, influencing product direction and building long-term partnerships. This role offers a front-row seat to the fast-paced digital advertising ecosystem with cross-functional collaboration across teams.
π― What You'll Do
- Act as primary contact for agency partners, driving retention
- Identify growth opportunities and proactively engage agencies
- Provide consultative guidance on Smartly platform and best practices
- Collaborate with sales to execute agency development strategies
π Requirements
- 4+ years in Customer Success or similar role in ad tech
- Strong knowledge of social advertising platforms (Meta, TikTok, etc.)
- Proactive, customer-obsessed mindset with cross-functional collaboration
- Legal right to work in the United States
