🎯 What You'll Do

  • Act as primary contact for agency partners, driving retention
  • Identify growth opportunities and proactively engage agencies
  • Provide consultative guidance on Smartly platform and best practices
  • Collaborate with sales to execute agency development strategies

  • 4+ years in Customer Success or similar role in ad tech
  • Strong knowledge of social advertising platforms (Meta, TikTok, etc.)
  • Proactive, customer-obsessed mindset with cross-functional collaboration
  • Legal right to work in the United States
