💼 About This Role

You'll join a premier law firm as an Associate USCIS Immigration Attorney, managing your own caseload and representing clients in removal proceedings before the Immigration Court and Board of Immigration Appeals. Your work will directly impact clients' lives while you collaborate with a dedicated Immigration Team in a supportive environment. 🎯 What You'll Do

• Develop strategy and prepare clients for court or USCIS testimony
• Represent detained and non-detained individuals in removal proceedings
• Prepare diverse immigration applications including removal defense and family petitions
• Meet with potential clients for strategic immigration consultations

📋 Requirements

• 3-5 years of Immigration Law Experience
• Active bar admission
• Ability to manage a caseload independently
• Experience with Family-Based Petitions, Humanitarian, EOIR, or USCIS applications
