💼 About This Role

You'll oversee the execution of clinical trials at a late-stage neuroscience company developing rapid-acting treatments for PTSD. Your work will directly impact Phase 3 program advancement and drug development strategy.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Support Clinical Trial Manager with study startup and close-out
• Oversee day-to-day operations and vendor/site interactions
• Identify and implement process improvement initiatives
• Draft and finalize clinical documents like protocols and monitoring plans

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in life science
• 7+ years of clinical trial experience in pharma or CRO
• 4+ years in a managerial position
• Proficient knowledge of GCP/ICH and drug development process

• Experience in a small pharmaceutical company
• Experience in psychiatry-related indications
• Previous clinical monitoring experience
