💼 About This Role

You'll define the long-term strategy for Aurora's internal application ecosystem powering autonomous vehicle development. You'll bridge Engineering and Design to deliver high-impact tools that accelerate our path to commercialization.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Define and champion a multi-year product vision for internal applications
• Act as primary bridge between Engineering and Design to deliver high-impact products
• Develop deep understanding of AV development challenges (data visualization, ML labeling, simulation)
• Define and champion AI/agentic tools and workflows that accelerate development

📋 Requirements

• 7+ years in software product management with complex software ecosystems
• Exceptional ability to navigate ambiguity and create structured frameworks
• Proven experience leading cross-functional teams (Design, Engineering, Data)
• Strong understanding of ML-based software development lifecycle

✨ Nice to Have

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent practical experience
• Experience shipping products in self-driving technology or AI-based applications
