💼 About This Role

You'll own a book of enterprise customers end-to-end, proactively auditing platform usage and building integrations and extensions to drive value. You'll be the technical partner our customers rely on and the ground-truth for internal teams. You'll work with AI-assisted development tools to move quickly.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Build integrations, features and extensions using AI-assisted development
• Manage dedicated enterprise accounts with proactive technical guidance
• Audit platform usage to surface opportunities and optimise value
• Partner with CSMs to identify and scope expansion opportunities

📋 Requirements

• Comfortable working with APIs, data integrations, and web technologies
• Can read and write JavaScript, Python, or similar code
• Experience with AI-assisted development tools
• Degree in Computer Science or 2-3 years client-facing technical experience

• Experience in ad-tech or related data/platform domain
• Experience with NLP/AI products
• Experience in a customer-facing technical role
