- Source passive top talent for corporate roles
- Assess applicants' knowledge, skills, and aptitude
- Own compensation analysis and candidate close process
- Develop job descriptions with hiring managers
๐ Requirements
- Proven experience as a successful Recruiter
- Experience sourcing for GTM and/or Technical positions in high tech
- Experience with ATS like Ashby and LinkedIn
โจ Nice to Have
- BS/MS in HR, Communication, Business or related field
- Experience in a metrics-driven role
