You'll own acquisition across paid, organic, and partnership channels, stand up rigorous experimentation programs, and orchestrate cross-functional teams to convert demand into pipeline. 🎯 What You'll Do

• Own acquisition across paid, organic, partnerships, and ABM.
• Execute experimentation program across audiences, offers, and creative.
• Design growth instrumentation end-to-end (Salesforce, HubSpot, GA4).
• Manage agencies and contractors with clear performance expectations.

📋 Requirements

• Senior-level hands-on experience running integrated growth programs in B2B SaaS.
• Proficiency in both creative work and analytics.
• Ability to influence without authority and align cross-functional leaders.
• Systems thinker who can design scalable processes and operating cadences.

• Experience building ABM motions with Enterprise/Mid-Market Sales.
• Orchestrated product-led and sales-led motions in parallel.
