You'll lead global CRM strategy for a Sportsbook vertical across multiple markets, driving retention and player engagement through data-driven lifecycle management. You'll own the full player journey and collaborate with cross-functional teams.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Define and execute global Sports CRM strategy across multiple markets
• Own full sportsbook player lifecycle: onboarding, retention, reactivation, churn prevention
• Develop segmentation strategies based on player value and betting activity
• Analyze CRM performance using KPIs like LTV, ARPU, and retention

📋 Requirements

• 6+ years of CRM experience within iGaming including Sportsbook
• 3+ years in a leadership role in iGaming CRM
• Strong understanding of sportsbook player behavior and betting mechanics
• Experience working across multiple GEOs and markets

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with real-time CRM triggers and automation
• Background in both Casino and Sports products
• Experience in regulated markets
