You'll lead a 3-4 man crew operating heavy equipment for earthwork and stormwater projects in the Richmond area. Your core impact will be delivering bioretention facilities and stormwater management systems safely and on schedule. This role stands out with company vehicle and phone for business travel.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Operate heavy equipment and manage a 3-4 person crew daily
• Install erosion control measures like silt fence
• Excavate and build bioretention facilities and stormwater ponds
• Fine grade and shoot grades for stakeout

📋 Requirements

• 3 years of heavy equipment operating experience
• Ability to operate mini excavators and/or bobcats
• Current and valid Driver's License
• Willing to work in Richmond, VA area

• Experience operating full-sized excavators, loaders, and dozers
• Previous crew leadership experience
