💼 About This Role

You'll act as the technical authority for complex deals, leading solution discovery and architecture definition. You'll partner with sales teams to translate customer requirements into scalable, platform-based designs and drive solution-led selling and value articulation. This role offers the chance to shape reference architectures and influence product roadmap in a high-growth cloud communications leader.

🎯 What You'll Do

  • Lead customer discussions to uncover challenges and define solution architecture.
  • Define and maintain reference architectures and deployment blueprints.
  • Identify technical risks early in the sales cycle and validate feasibility with engineering.
  • Translate business requirements into executable solution designs.

📋 Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in solution architecture or pre-sales engineering.
  • Proven experience supporting enterprise-grade sales motions.
  • Strong background in API/CPaaS, Telco, cloud, or SaaS architectures.
  • Ability to translate technical concepts into executive-level business language.
