💼 About This Role

You'll provide home health visits to seniors in the Wyomissing area as part of a multidisciplinary care team. Your work enables clients to receive medical care at home, improving their quality of life. This role offers a $5k sign-on bonus and flexible scheduling.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Make home visits to clients in designated geographic territories
• Perform diagnostic tests and measurements of mobility, strength, and balance
• Implement individualized care plans including manual therapy and gait training
• Document interventions using a state-of-the-art touch pad tablet

📋 Requirements

• Current Pennsylvania Physical Therapist license
• Minimum one year of recent work experience as a Physical Therapist
• Graduation from a program approved by APTA or CAAHEP
