You'll manage a large portfolio of EMEA customers, driving adoption and expansion of Notion through tailored consultations and outreach campaigns. You'll serve as a trusted advisor to help customers maximize ROI from the platform. This role offers the chance to build foundational Customer Success processes at a fast-growing software company.

๐ŸŽฏ What You'll Do

  • Onboard and expand customer base through consultations and trainings.
  • Design and run at-scale outreach campaigns for Notion adoption.
  • Work cross-functionally with sales partners to drive adoption.
  • Identify strategic customers to drive monthly active users and seat expansion.

๐Ÿ“‹ Requirements

  • 3+ years experience at a fast-growing software company.
  • Track record of success in Customer Success or Account Management.
  • Fluent French speaker.
  • Experience managing a large volume of accounts.

โœจ Nice to Have

  • Built Customer Success playbooks or processes.
  • Experience with scaled program management or Outreach campaigns.
  • Experience using Notion, Salesforce, and Gainsight.
