You'll manage a large portfolio of EMEA customers, driving adoption and expansion of Notion through tailored consultations and outreach campaigns. You'll serve as a trusted advisor to help customers maximize ROI from the platform. This role offers the chance to build foundational Customer Success processes at a fast-growing software company.
๐ฏ What You'll Do
- Onboard and expand customer base through consultations and trainings.
- Design and run at-scale outreach campaigns for Notion adoption.
- Work cross-functionally with sales partners to drive adoption.
- Identify strategic customers to drive monthly active users and seat expansion.
๐ Requirements
- 3+ years experience at a fast-growing software company.
- Track record of success in Customer Success or Account Management.
- Fluent French speaker.
- Experience managing a large volume of accounts.

- Built Customer Success playbooks or processes.
- Experience with scaled program management or Outreach campaigns.
- Experience using Notion, Salesforce, and Gainsight.
