You'll own end-to-end hiring for senior GTM roles at a category-defining AI company. You'll partner with the executive team to shape hiring strategy and build the recruiting process from scratch.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Own full-cycle recruiting for senior GTM roles
• Build and convert pipeline from your network
• Partner with exec team to define role scope and calibrate bar
• Stand up and improve GTM recruiting process

📋 Requirements

• 5-8+ years of full-cycle GTM recruiting experience
• Active network in high-growth startup GTM circles
• First-recruiter experience at early/growth-stage startup
• Ability to assess GTM talent across stage and motion

• Hiring experience at rapidly scaling companies
• Built GTM recruiting function from scratch
• Strong writing instincts and AI fluency
