Description

You will lead creative direction across projects from discovery to launch, collaborate with cross-disciplinary teams, and develop strategies to deliver world-class digital experiences for Japanese and overseas markets.

Requirements

• Minimum 7 years experience in creative industry
• Native or fluent Japanese reading and speaking ability
• Portfolio demonstrating comprehensive creative discipline understanding
• Experience leading collaborative cross-disciplinary teams
• Strong knowledge of UI, application, mobile and responsive design

Responsibilities

• Sets creative direction throughout all phases of project work
• Acts as creative lead for one or more accounts, managing multiple work tracks
• Develops strategy, experience concepts, and overarching design direction
• Produces compelling and usable experience solutions
• Mentors and manages junior to mid-level creatives
