💼 About This Role

You'll design and implement complex software solutions for Talkdesk's CX platform, working with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into technical architectures. You'll lead scoping sessions and create Statements of Work that drive client success. This role offers the chance to shape product roadmaps and mentor junior team members.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead scoping and discovery sessions with sales and client teams.
• Create accurate Statements of Work and proposed solutions.
• Partner with product, implementation, and sales teams to improve SOW process.
• Translate client requirements to internal stakeholders and align goals.

📋 Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience in Professional Services or Consulting.
• Experience with CX, CCaaS, and/or UCaaS solutions.
• Familiar with creating and managing Web Services (REST/SOAP/WSDL).
• Proven track record of managing and delivering IT projects for enterprise companies.

✨ Nice to Have

• Software implementation or coding experience.
• Salesforce and other CRM experience.
• 5 years of IT project management experience in a SaaS business.
