You'll drive talent delivery by transforming client requisitions into successful hires at Wing Assistant. You'll partner with Customer Success Managers to ensure candidates are strategically aligned. You'll lead quality control and fine-tune searches for complex, multi-industry roles.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Take ownership of new client requests and distill needs into search strategies.
• Collaborate with Customer Success Managers to align candidate profiles with client goals.
• Guide the Sourcing team and define ideal candidate profiles.
• Conduct end-to-end interviews and act as final quality gatekeeper.

📋 Requirements

• 4+ years in agency, RPO, or managed staffing environment.
• Experience hiring across multiple industries and job functions.
• Internal stakeholder management balancing CSM needs with talent market.
• Ability to conduct competency-based interviews for diverse roles.

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter and job boards.
• Proven ability to find 'purple squirrel' candidates.
