💼 About This Role

You'll own Salesforce administration with a focus on Agentforce/AI solutions and partner with business leaders to identify high-ROI AI use cases. You'll drive AI delivery by configuring and managing Agentforce skills, prompts, and guardrails. This role offers the chance to work in a hybrid environment at a fast-growing company serving regulated industries.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Translate business pain points into AI/Agentforce use cases and define success metrics/ROI.
• Configure and manage Agentforce skills, prompts, guardrails, data sources, and evaluation.
• Build Flows, automation, next-best-actions, and knowledge integrations.
• Adjust user/role/profile/permission set architecture, SSO, and field-level security.

📋 Requirements

• 7-10 years hands-on Salesforce administration in complex, multi-org environments.
• Demonstrated AI/Agentforce exposure (pilot or production) with prompt/skill design.
• 3+ Salesforce certifications (e.g., Administrator, Advanced Administrator, Platform App Builder).
• Strong Flow expertise and familiarity with change/release tooling (Gearset/Copado).

✨ Nice to Have

• Exposure to CPQ/Revenue Cloud concepts (bundles, pricing, approvals).
• Experience with other CRM/ERP (NetSuite, MS Dynamics, Oracle, SAP) and integration patterns (MuleSoft, Boomi, APIs).
• BI/reporting familiarity and security & compliance awareness (PII, SOC2, GDPR).
