• Monitor daily performance of installation and production employees and subcontractor crews
• Ensure consistent communication with crews and customers for positive experience
• Maintain quality control from product ordering through delivery and installation
• Handle hiring, terminations, and performance reviews for production staff

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years of Residential Remodeling experience with replacement windows
• 2+ years of Project Management experience
• Valid driver's license and good driving record
• Strong communication and customer service skills
