Your work will directly impact product success by turning ambitious designs into reliable hardware. You'll have meaningful ownership and strong cross-functional collaboration.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Provide day-to-day manufacturing and liaison engineering support
• Evaluate designs for manufacturability and tooling strategy
• Create and maintain manufacturing plans and work instructions
• Resolve shop floor issues using root cause analysis

📋 Requirements

• 6 years of manufacturing engineering experience
• Lean manufacturing expertise in complex production environments
• Experience supporting shop floor production in fast-paced environment
• Proficiency reading complex engineering drawings and GD&T

✨ Nice to Have

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering
• Aerospace manufacturing experience
• Knowledge of CATIA or NX
