Description

You will lead the Software Engineering, DevOps, and Cloud curriculum portfolio at Per Scholas, translating labor market intelligence and employer demand into scalable learning products. You'll own product discovery, define learner intent, and partner cross-functionally through build, launch, and continuous improvement, embedding AI-enabled engineering workflows into the curriculum.

Requirements

• Engineering background with strong cloud fluency (AWS and/or Azure)
• Ability to translate technical requirements into learning objectives and assessments
• Experience embedding AI-enabled engineering workflows into curriculum
• Product ownership experience in technical curriculum or training
• Strong cross-functional collaboration skills

Responsibilities

• Own and maintain multi-year curriculum product roadmap with clear prioritization criteria
• Lead end-to-end product lifecycle management from discovery to strategic sunsetting
• Define and uphold curriculum product standards (quality, consistency, assessment rigor)
• Translate business requirements into learning objectives and assessments
• Serve as lead consultant for internal and external stakeholders
