💼 About This Role

You'll manage day-to-day operational processes supporting asset origination and investor reporting for a fintech company. Your work ensures accurate funding, settlement, and valuation of assets while partnering with Treasury and Capital Markets. You'll drive process improvements through automation and tooling.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Process daily funding requests for assets.
• Run daily settlements for repaid assets and process investor settlements.
• Monitor and validate asset cash transactions and valuations.
• Partner with developers to implement new solutions improving operations.

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in Finance Operations or Middle Office
• High proficiency in Excel with autonomy
• Experience with Excel Macros, SQL, VBA, Python, or Tableau for self-automation
• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience in Finance, MBS, Real Estate, Lending, Trading, or Treasury
• Advanced experience with SQL or other technical tools
• Operations capacity on a Trading Floor, Asset Manager, or Treasury function
