💼 About This Role

You'll support the tokenization of infrastructure projects across energy, data centers, transportation, and public-private partnerships. You'll help build a first-of-its-kind infrastructure tokenization platform in partnership with public-sector institutions, conducting project diligence and structuring financing solutions. This highly entrepreneurial role involves building new systems and deploying capital into real-world infrastructure.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Analyze energy and infrastructure projects for tokenization readiness
• Develop financial models and design capital structures
• Conduct due diligence on infrastructure assets
• Coordinate legal, regulatory, and stakeholder workstreams

📋 Requirements

• 3–6+ years in infrastructure finance, project finance, or investment banking
• Strong financial modeling capabilities for infrastructure projects
• Comfortable operating in ambiguity and building processes from scratch
• Ability to translate complex considerations into actionable plans
