💼 About This Role

You'll lead the planning and execution of OneCon, SentinelOne's flagship global user conference, driving customer engagement, brand, and pipeline. You'll partner with senior leadership to build scalable processes and drive cross-functional accountability. This role offers a chance to shape high-impact events at a cutting-edge AI-native cybersecurity company.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Own end-to-end planning and execution of OneCon global user conference
• Build and manage integrated master project plan across all workstreams
• Lead cross-functional planning cadences and ensure stakeholder alignment
• Drive accountability to timelines, deliverables, and program goals

📋 Requirements

• 8–12+ years experience leading large-scale B2B events
• Proven ability to manage complex multi-workstream programs with strong project management
• Experience partnering with and influencing senior stakeholders across Marketing, Sales, Product, and Executive teams
• Strong operational expertise across timelines, budgets, vendor management, and execution at scale

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with event and marketing technology (e.g., Cvent, Salesforce, Jifflenow, Asana)
• Demonstrated ability to leverage AI tools to scale event planning and execution
• Experience supporting a range of event formats including conferences, industry events, and executive programs
