🎯 What You'll Do

• Manage full-cycle recruiting for high-volume field roles
• Partner with hiring managers to align on hiring needs
• Source and screen candidates using job boards and outreach
• Coordinate interviews and guide hiring decisions

📋 Requirements

• Bilingual skills in English and Spanish
• 1-3 years of talent acquisition experience in high-volume environment
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and ATS/HRIS systems
• Bachelor's Degree preferred
