You'll lead a luxury showroom team, driving sales and profitability for Waterworks. You'll develop client relationships and execute strategies to position the brand as an industry leader. This role offers opportunities for growth in a collaborative environment.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead P&L, operations, and account management for the showroom
• Coach and develop the sales team to achieve goals
• Build relationships within the architect and design community
• Establish operational processes to uphold brand image

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent
• 5 years inside/outside sales experience in luxury retail or design
• 3 years in a sales management role within high-end luxury brand
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM systems

• Well-connected within luxury design trade
