💼 About This Role

You'll lead design for Harvey's Admin & In House product areas, owning strategy and execution for AI-powered legal workflows. You'll shape how thousands of lawyers reason, draft, and decide with AI, driving high-craft, cohesive experiences across complex multi-step workflows. This role offers the chance to build a generational company at a true inflection point.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Drive user-centered design strategy in partnership with Product and Engineering leadership
• Define and champion high craft bar for AI-powered professional workflows
• Build, lead, and grow a team of product designers
• Partner with leaders to evolve design culture and operating model

📋 Requirements

• 8-10+ years of Product Design experience
• 5+ years directly managing product designers
• Experience designing and shipping AI-powered or highly technical products
• Strong portfolio demonstrating design leadership of complex products from concept through launch
