📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or STEM.
• 5+ years of relevant work experience in Strategy & Operations or similar.
• Strong data analysis skills and proactive problem-solving approach.
• Exceptional communication and stakeholder relationship skills.

• Experience in Investment Banking Middle- and Backoffice Operations.
• German proficiency is an advantage.
