- Lead, coach, and develop a team of Customer Support Specialists.
- Drive team performance through real-time coaching and feedback.
- Manage daily support execution, escalations, and staffing needs.
- Partner cross-functionally to improve workflows and customer experience.
๐ Requirements
- 3+ years experience in customer support or fast-paced customer-facing environment.
- Previous leadership or coaching experience preferred.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
