You'll own full-cycle recruiting for engineering roles at our new Krakow office, shaping the employer brand in the Polish market. You'll partner with hiring managers and define recruiting processes from scratch. This is a rare founding recruiter role with the autonomy to build a function.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Own full-cycle recruiting for engineering and non-engineering roles
• Source and engage passive candidates via LinkedIn and local networks
• Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements
• Manage candidate experience end-to-end with clear communication

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years of full-cycle technical recruiting experience
• Strong sourcing skills — comfortable finding passive candidates
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Fluent in Polish and English

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with Greenhouse, Gem, LinkedIn Recruiter
• Experience with Modernloop
• Based in or willing to work from Krakow
