💼 About This Role

You'll manage end-to-end recruitment for Finance, Legal, and People roles at Farfetch, a global luxury fashion platform. Your work will directly impact building diverse talent pipelines across UK and Portugal. This interim 6-month contract offers the chance to drive innovative sourcing strategies.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Manage end-to-end recruitment from attraction to offer management
• Execute multi-channel recruitment strategies for Finance, Legal, and People roles
• Design sourcing strategies to improve quality and diversity of hire
• Support social recruiting plan to attract talent and build employer brand
• Maintain ATS health and use data to drive process improvements

📋 Requirements

• Expertise in hiring Finance and Legal roles
• In-house or agency recruitment experience across multiple functions
• Proven ability to source candidates directly using recruitment technology
• Excellent time management and prioritization skills in a fast-paced environment

• Experience with start-up or rapidly growing businesses
• Knowledge of UK and European employment legislation
• Ability to manage recruitment risks
